Owner, Richard Walters

Richard is a Charleston native, born and raised on the Isle of Palms. He has over 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry, and is well known as the “Master Carpenter”. There is not anything when building or renovating a home that he cannot do. He has a fantastic personality and will do what is necessary to make sure the job is done correctly.

Co-owner, Troy Walters

As a father/son duo, Troy Walters has stepped into the same shoes as his dad. Born and raised on the Isle of Palms, Troy has continued his family’s legacy by joining the Construction Industry. As he completes his 8th year with Beach Construction Company; Troy has become a part-time student in order to complete his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel.
